Job Requirement 1. Act as a first point of contact between customers - company to support customer Relationships 2. Negotiate terms of sales and agreements and close sales with customers 3. Execute and measure daily sales targets and take timely corrective action with the team 4. Gather market and customer information to formulate programs, customer needs and feedback. 5. Supervise merchandising for effective execution and impact-full results 6. Respond to customer queries and resolving their objections to making a purchase 7. Liaise and advise product developers on improvements to include in forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions for a customer-specific business plan. 8. Maximizes allocation of resources in the area (e.g. POS, Stock, promotion items and samples) 9. Monitor and report competitive activities as well as develop or implement response tactics 10. Implement promotional plans and execute Promotional Compliance 11. Builds personal relationships with customers through various interactions , customer conference participation, corporate events international conferences, and sporting occasions. 12.
